New XParser and FooReader.NET Versions

A new version of XParser is released. 0.7 finally brings in Atom parsing and a few opimizations to the code. The file size is bigger (not nearly as big as some of my widgets), but it should tax the client far less than it did.

FooReader.NET (which is now XParser's demo) has been updated with some client side error handling, XParser 0.7, and a feed format indicator. FR.NET is on the virge of release; I still need to add server side error handling, but that is all that's keeping me from releasing it.

[Update]: On second thought, I'd better talk with Foo before releasing anything. It is his, afterall.
