David (aka Compman) sent me a link to this movie showing more gameplay action. I walked away with two thoughts in my head:

1. The Buckler's gonna kick. It'll definately be a nice addition for flag defenders (only mediums can carry it).
2. The grappling hook is awesome. Part of this vid is a flag run in an urban area, and the runner uses the grappling hook (omg! sweet)! We also get a glimpse of someone changing direction quickly. While this could be done in Tribes 2, you lost quite alot of momentum as you had to use the ground or a building. With the grappling hook, your momentum propels you so you lose little to no momentum.

I WANT THIS GAME NOW!

The video also shows a player skiing and negotiating the terrain; nothing new in that area, but it was nice to see it in action.

I'm itching to play. I hope we don't see a repeat of Tribes 2's launch where they kept pushing it back. I want to play this game this year.
