Spurs Are Out
I kinda knew it would happen, but the Spurs got knocked out of the playoffs last night. They played a good game, until the end.
I started to notice similarities between the Spurs and the Mavs from last year. I remember a particular game where the Mavs were behind, and started throwing up 3's one after another; all of which never hit the hole. The Spurs did the exact same thing last night. Sheesh. If you're not hitting the 3's consistently, don't throw 'em up. Ginobili (or Chernobyl as Starla calls him) proved that points could be achieved by running into the paint. I just fail to see the reasoning behind throwing up three after three when no one is hitting them.
