It is finally available for PC! I think PC gamers have been waiting for this moment for years (I know I have). From the moment that it was announced, I have been wanting to jump into a wart-hog and zoom into the enemies camp, grab the flag, throw a few grenades, and drive back to my base to make a cap. Now that I have the ability, I dunno what to think.

Don't get me wrong, Halo is a great game, but it seems to be lacking something. Perhaps it is the fact that the game is really 3 to 4 years old. If MS had not have made the game XBox only, and released it years ago, it would have been, without a doubt, awesome. Instead of the current evolutionary state of Halo, the game would have been hailed as revolutionary. MS really had the chance to steal the FPS crown from id or Epic. Too bad they didn't seize the opprotunity.

Anyhow, the game is still good. I like the thought of havingly only two weapons at one time (that really adds to strategy) and I love the vehicles. The grenade effects are simply awesome (I haven't seen dirt clods and dust clouds quite like this). The sound is superb and the graphics are excellent. I love the outdoor maps. Halo is truely a beautiful game.

If you are a casual player, I dunno if I would recommend the game for immediate purchase, but if you have been looking towards this game as long as I have, go and buy it right now! Now, all I gotta do is find a clan to join!
